The new Tides Renewal Centre, located in the restored Flack Block at Cambie and Hastings has office space available for lease. Our occupancy date is mid-January 2009.

We have a variety of spaces available, ranging from single desks to a 4000+ square foot office suite, as well as several suites in the 1000 square foot range. The Centre will feature shared meeting spaces, shared kitchen cafes, a bike storage room, showers, recycling, green janitorial service, and other features and amenities we'd love to tell you about.

The build-out is nearing completion. We are aiming for Gold level LEED certification for Commercial Interiors - this will be some of the first certified space available for lease in the country.
