Raised Eyebrow Web Studio is looking for a smart, efficient Client Manager with solid communication and time management skills, to help us serve the needs of our clients in the non-profit, government and progressive business sectors. This is a full-time, one-year contract (maternity leave replacement).
You'll be working in our newly renovated, heritage Gastown office with a small, friendly team of experts who love what we do and are committed to fostering a positive, healthy work environment. (That means a forty-hour work week, great clients, and stimulating work, among other good things.)
Responsibilities:
You will be our primary point person for website maintenance for an ever-growing list of beloved clients, including non-profits, governmental organizations and progressive businesses.
- Managing relationships with ongoing clients: This includes scheduling and managing maintenance and updates, providing quotes for additional work, and working with the Project Manager to schedule projects and provide timelines;
- Responding to client emails and phone calls;
- Bug testing and quality control work to ensure that beta sites are ready for clients to review & perform content entry;
- Minor updates and maintenance of websites: making text and image updates to websites using Drupal and WordPress CMSs;
- Managing the production and delivery of email newsletters;
- Providing regular updates to team and clients on progress.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience working on smaller teams – we are currently a eight-person studio.
Must-Haves:
- Customer service experience
- Experience with project management
- Strong communicator and good people person
- Detail oriented
- Good time manager
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Basic familiarity with production aspects of Photoshop
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a predominantly Mac environment, with some Windows use
- Available for 9-5 work, five days a week in downtown Vancouver
- Strong English language skills
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with Drupal, WordPress or other Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, MailChimp, Vertical Response, and/or other hosted email management systems
- Familiarity with CSS

- Efficient: Great at prioritizing and handling deadlines;
- Interested in developing further skills in project and client management in a small, friendly company committed to producing high-quality work.

About the Position
This is a 5 days a week, full-time salaried position, with a 1-year contract plus 2-4 weeks of training time (depending on start date). Salary range for the full-time position is competitive and commensurate with experience. Compensation also includes benefits package (medical, dental and profit sharing bonus structure) and professional development
