Renewal Funds, a Vancouver, B.C. based social venture capital firm, is looking to hire an intern to assist with the launch of our next fund.  

The internship is a three to six month contract position and can be part or full time depending on the applicant’s availability (minimum 20 hours/week).  The team is currently investing Renewal2, a $35M early growth stage fund investing in organic food, green products and environmental innovation companies in Canada and the U.S., and will launch Renewal 3 this year.  

 

We have an entrepreneurial work environment which provides the opportunity to gain a broad range of experiences.  Candidates should have a genuine interest in impact and mission based investing.  Applicants should be highly skilled in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; prior experience with databases (in particular SalesForce) would be an asset. 

The position will be based in our office at the Flack Block, 163W Hastings Street, Vancouver, compensation will be based on experience and fit and we would like the internship to begin at the start of May at the latest.  To learn more about Renewal Funds visit www.renewalfunds.com.
