We are currenlty seeking a positive, detail oriented contractor for a community moderator and customer support role for 3-4 months part time. Start date for this contract is not until late January or early February.

Responsibilities:

• Helping moderate one or more online communities
• Answering customer questions in a timely, responsive and thoughtful manner
• Some offline shipping/fulfillment tasks
• Outreach marketing e.g. flyers, et al
• Good communication skills are important for this role

Qualifications:

• Good writing and technical communication skills
• Previous web community membership, moderation or customer support experience
• Individual contractor, based in Seattle
• Willing to work collaboratively on site 2-3 days per week if needed
• Start in late January or early February
