These one-day workshops are an inspiring response to climate change, calling for citizen engagement in a practical and sustainable program called Be the Change.

Facilitators trained by Pachamama Alliance lead this interactive workshop with engaging video clips from social change leaders such as Desmond Tutu, Brian Swimme, Matthew Fox, Julia Butterfly Hill, Paul Hawken, Lynn Twist and Van Jones. They call individuals to take a stand for an environmentally sustainable, personally meaningful and socially just human presence on this planet.

Participants design a plan to Be the Change. The symposium inspires participants to support their ongoing commitment by joining a Be the Change Action Circle, bringing  the symposium to their organization for continued enrollment, and/or train to be a symposium presenter.
