May 7 and
May 14, 2010
Presented by: Deena Chochinov

Elevate your organizations’ potential to achieve its mission. As a leader of a progressive business or non-profit, are you striving to create the right conditions to deliver your organization’s mission? Supporting those around you to be engaged, and modeling the kind of leader your organization needs requires a commitment to performance and knowing how to lead in times of change and transition. This two-day high-impact skill-building workshop will guide you through the key drivers and steps for creating a motivated, inspired and responsible workforce that will survive and thrive in these challenging times:

  • Develop selection and recruitment protocols and performance management plans that are based on your organization’s core values and competencies.
  • Learn how to guide those around you through change and transition in a way that motivates and inspires.
  • Come away with the core skills that will elevate your organizations’ potential to achieve its mission in a way that sustains it’s most important asset – its people. Designed for senior managers.
